We want every NestlyDigital purchase to feel clear, fair, and useful. This page explains how refunds work for our digital products, templates, guides, and AI resources.
Our refund approach
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final once the file, template, guide, prompt pack, or digital resource has been accessed or downloaded.
That said, we want to be fair. If something is wrong with your order, the file is inaccessible, or the product was not delivered as described, please contact us and we will review the issue.
When we may offer a refund
Duplicate purchase
You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
Technical access issue
The download link, file, or product access does not work and we cannot resolve it.
Product mismatch
The product received is materially different from what was described on the sales page.
When refunds are not available
- You changed your mind after receiving access to the product.
- You no longer need the product after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong product but already accessed or downloaded it.
- You expected a custom service, consultation, or implementation that was not included in the product description.
- You experienced incompatibility caused by third-party tools, plugins, platforms, or software updates outside our control.
How to request a refund review
To request a refund review, contact us within 7 days of purchase and include your order email, product name, purchase platform, and a short explanation of the issue.
We may ask for screenshots or additional details so we can verify the issue and provide the fastest possible resolution.
