How do I access my product after purchase?
You’ll receive an email with a download link immediately after checkout — the sender will be the platform you purchased from Payhip, Lemon Squeezy, or PromptBase. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll sort it out right away.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If something isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll process a full refund, no questions asked. We’d rather lose a sale than have a customer feel shortchanged.
Can I use your templates or prompts for client work?
Our products are licensed for personal and small business use, which includes using them in work you do for your own clients. If you’re looking to redistribute or resell our content itself — as part of a course, bundle, or package — please reach out to discuss a commercial license.
Do you offer consulting or done-for-you services?
